SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the EquiGuard SMS notification program ("EquiGuard Fleet Alerts"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description

EquiGuard Fleet Alerts sends automated, account-related text messages to EquiGuard users who opt in — including device-offline, service-due, geofence, and field-note notifications about the equipment you manage on the platform. This is a transactional, account-notification program; it is not used for marketing or promotional messaging.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You enroll by entering your mobile number and actively checking the consent box on our opt-in form, or through another documented consent method. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing or using the EquiGuard platform.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies — messages are sent as relevant fleet events occur, so the number you receive depends on your equipment and settings.

4. Cost

EquiGuard does not charge for the SMS program, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. Supported Carriers & Delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions and is provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you enroll, and at least 18 years old.

8. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
